What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

We collaborate with top logistics partners in India to ensure your jewelry is delivered smoothly and on time. Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 48 hours for us to dispatch it. After it is dispatched from our warehouse, you can expect delivery within 4-6 business days. We will keep you informed about your order through your registered phone number and email.

I would like to know about your return policy.

We have a customer-friendly return policy that allows you to return any unused and unworn items within 10 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with the items you received, simply reach out to us at, and we will be glad to assist you. It's important to note that the items should be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund accordingly. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns after the 10-day period.

I received an empty box. What to do?

We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving an empty box. If you have received an empty box, it could be due to tampering during delivery or an error in our operations. In such cases, please contact us immediately and provide us with the following information: images of the empty box and your order number. We also need a 360 degree unpackaging video of the same. We will investigate the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you from our end. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

How do I return the product?

To initiate a return of our product, please send an email to stating your request to return the product. Kindly include images of the product as well. Once we receive your email, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up service, which usually takes around 72 hours to be scheduled. After the pick-up is completed, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take approximately 4-6 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

I need to exchange as my product is broken.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken product. To initiate an exchange, please send an email to with images of the damaged product attached. Once we receive your email, we will assist you in arranging a replacement for the damaged item.

I returned my product when will I get the replacement

In case you have opted for replacement, your replacement gets shipped out as soon as the initial order is return picked up. Once the new order is created, you will receive confirmation over email.

I returned my product but did not get refund

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your refund. Typically, we initiate refunds within 48 hours of the return being picked up from you. Once the refund is initiated, it generally takes 5-6 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account or payment source. If you haven't received the refund within this timeframe, kindly contact us, and we will escalate the matter to our bank or gateway partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Do I need to pack the box?

We strongly recommend that you keep the box safe for the duration of the return window return the jewellery items in the box as jewellery is precious and fragile and is likely to get damaged without a box.

How to submit a return request?

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
