Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
• Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 1999, excluding international orders and returns.
• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped.
• In case of multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
• Duties for international orders must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.
• A clear 360 degree unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds and Store Credit

• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
• Approved returns will be processed in the form of store credit only.
• Store credit will be issued once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• In case of missing items in the return shipment, the applicable amount may be deducted from the store credit.

Exchanges and Replacements

• Exchanges or replacements are only applicable in cases of damaged or defective products.
• The replacement will be processed after the original product is received and approved.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at mahima.chaturvedi@asmah.co or through the WhatsApp icon available on the bottom right of the website.
• Customers are required to be available during the reverse pickup process. Delays or missed pickups may extend timelines.
• For non serviceable pin codes, customers may be requested to ship the product via a reliable courier service.
• A nominal shipping reimbursement may be provided at the brand’s discretion.

Empty Parcel or Missing Product

• In case of an empty parcel or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• A complete unboxing video will be required as proof.
• Claims without sufficient evidence or with signs of tampering may not be accepted.
• The final decision in such cases rests with the brand.
