Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 1999, excluding international orders and returns.
- Tracking details will be provided through WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped.
- In the case of ordering multiple items - your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
- Duty for International Shipping must be paid by the buyer at the time of collection.

- A 10-day return policy is offered for all unused and unworn items, excluding personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols (unless defective/spurious).
- Refunds are processed after the returned items are checked.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable for returns.
- If there are missing items in a return order, the company may deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount, including promotional products like free gifts and silver coins.

Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges:
- Refunds are initiated upon receiving the returned product at the warehouse.
- Replacement or exchange of an order is available under the same conditions as returns, with the replacement shipped after the initial return is picked up or delivered

Return Process:
- Return requests can be initiated through the website or app, or by contacting Customer Support (
- Availability and responsiveness during the reverse pick-up process are important, as failure to comply may lead to the cancellation and re-initiation of the process, resulting in an extended timeline.
- For non-reverse serviceable pin codes, alternate courier services like India Post may be requested, with reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 50) reimbursed by ASMAH.
- If charges exceed Rs. 50, the excess charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) will be deducted from the customer's refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for returning the jewelry to the warehouse, receiving Rs. 50 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Empty Parcel/Missing Product:
- In the event of receiving an empty parcel or a missing product, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
- A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel may be required as evidence to process the request.
- Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may affect the claim's validity, and the final decision rests with the brand.
